 1) Q: When can I get the quotation for my enquiry?
     A: Usually the quotation will be sent to you within 4 working hours upon all the details of products being clear. If something urgent, we can quote for you within 1 hour or even less time.
 
 2) Q: How long is the mass production time?
     A: Normally 15-25 working days according to different QTYS. Rush order is available.
 
3) Q: Can I get a sample before mass production?
    A: Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample by pics or real couriers. 
 
4) Q: How long can I get this sample? 
    A: After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 5-7 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-5 days.
 
5) Q: Is the sample charge can be refundable?
    A: Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production with QTY over MOQ. 
 
6) Q: Which shipping way is available and how to track?
    A: By sea to your nearest port
        By air to your nearest airport
        By express (DHL / UPS / FEDEX / TNT / EMS) to your door

How soon can I get a price quote?

Can I get a sample before mass order proceed?
We are glad to send you samples on some stock items.A nominal shipping charge, however, will apply.Certain items are excluded from our sample program.Samples based on your artwork and technical need, are available, but will include a fee for the sample plus estimated shipping costs.The sample making usually takes a week.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept a very small orders.Our minium order quantity is 500 pcs depends on value volume of order.It is recommended for you to order a 20"GP or 40"HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
